What's the cost and how do I place an order? 1. 1 year (4 quarterly editions): DIGITAL Edition is $19 and PRINT Edition is $35

How do I set up a gift subscription? Please call our customer service at (877) 418-5552 to set up a gift subscription. We will mail the recipient a gift card to announce your gift. Renewals for the gift subscription will be sent to you unless you specify otherwise.

What is the publishing schedule? DIGITAL edition subscribers will receive their new edition notification e-mail on these dates. PRINT edition subscribers copies mail on these dates (USPS may take 5-21 days to deliver).

When does my subscription begin/end? PRINT edition subscribers may have as much as a six week wait for their first edition. If you think it's been too long, please call customer service to verify your order was received an the address is correct. Your expiration edition is printed on the top line at the right on your address label. Alternatively, if you have your subscriber number from your mailing label, you can check your subscriptions status online. You may also call customer service.

How do I change my address? 1. EMAIL: DIGITAL edition subscribers please include your old e-mail address, new e-mail address and account number. PRINT edition subscribers, please include your old address, new address and account number from the top line of your your address label. Use the contact form here.

How can I renew my subscription? 1. RENEWAL NOTICE: For PRINT edition subscribers, we will mail a renewal notice two editions prior to your last. RIDE TEXAS® at PO Box 334, Stafford, TX 77497 is the only valid renewal address. No third-party agents are authorized to renew RT subscriptions.
2. ONLINE: Click on the "Subscribe" banner. The order form will allow you to renew your subscription; you'll need your subscriber number.

What is our privacy policy? We do not rent or make our subscriber lists public to any third parties. We may, on occasion, mail special offers or announcements to subscribers. This applies to DIGITAL and PRINT edition subscribers. We don't SPAM.

Will my credit card transaction be safe? We use a secure server and the order goes directly to our subscription processing department, which is certified PCI Compliant by Trustwave. The padlock indicating a secure site will be displayed when you access our order page.

My edition never arrived or started arriving, then stopped. Please contact customer service when this happens. It may be we have an incorrect address for you or the address you provided is considered "undeliverable." Note for PRINT edition subscribers: If you submit a USPS forwarding order, the USPS will typically forward one edition and then start returning them to the sender (us). We have no way to contact subscribers when this happens because the subscriber is at a new address that we do not have. If you think you've missed an edition, please call customer service and verify your address. We will replace a missing edition, no problem. Same principle applies to our DIGITAL subscribers, please try to keep us up to date with changes to your e-mail address.

May I cancel an order? Yes. Please call our customer service at the number above.

What's the guarantee? For any reason you need to discontinue or cancel your subscription, you will be refunded the unused portion of your paid subscription. Please call customer service.

If I subscribe to the PRINT edition will I get free access to the DIGITAL edition? The DIGITAL edition is a separate product from the PRINT edition, with separate production costs and special DIGITAL-only enhanced features, so it is not included in the price of the print subscription.

What happens when I subscribe to the DIGITAL edition? You’ll receive a user id and a password to logon to the digital edition on ridetexas.com where you will be able access all of the DIGITAL editions in your subscription as well as all of the single articles you've purchased. When a new DIGITAL edition is published, you’ll receive an email.

Is the DIGITAL edition content the same as the DIGITAL edition? Yes, it’s exactly the same, but with the digital edition you'll be able to access your library of editions anywhere you have an Internet connection.

Will past editions be available digitally? Only editions published after January 1st 2010 will be available as digital editions; previous editions can not be republished at this point, but we are offering single road trip articles from editions published prior to Jan. 1, 2010. Check out the digital edition on ridetexas.com to see everything that's available electronically.

Do DIGITAL edition subscribers have free access to the entire DIGITAL edition library? You'll have access to all of the editions in your subscription as well as any additional editions and individual road trip articles you've purchased.

Will I be able to print the DIGITAL edition? Yes, you can print the pages you want to read offline.

Will I be able to download the DIGITAL edition to my computer? Not initially. The current DIGITAL edition reader requires an Internet connection to view the edition.

Does the DIGITAL edition work on the iPad? Not at this time, but development is ongoing. Any DIGITAL content you've purchased will be compatible with our iPad reader when it becomes available.
